You may return new, un-opened items to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, (minus the return shipping cost).
... But we are unable to accept items which have been opened, had an installation attempted or damaged in any way after receiving them.
It was damaged already?
If you have received a damaged or defect product we will happily cover the return shipping cost, plus offer you a full refund or replacement item - whichever you prefer!
All damaged returns items will be inspected prior to any of the above commencing.
Refunds & Replacements
We will ship a replacement to you on the same day we receive a returned item, following inspection - This will be on a next day delivery service.
If a refund is preferred, we will place this once we have inspected the damaged item. Please allow 7 working days for your refund to appear in your account, however in most cases, this will be much quicker.
